I’m very proud of this bc I stared at Starbucks in August and I thought I would never be as fast as my trainer or other baristas and it took a lot of confidence building and lots of time on bar. Now I’m a steady person on bar and rarely get overwhelmed. I was put on drive bar today and it was busy the whole time and I was able to do it and keep the times low. At 8:30 I was at 43 seconds and my fastest before that was 49 so it was a big jump. I’m very proud of myself and while I know drive times aren’t something we should kill ourselves over, it does feel good to see the time in green. Manifesting good drive times and good customer connection scores to all of y’all:))))))
