Honestly I feel like it depends on your SM because mine is really chill and as long as it falls in the approved colors he would be okay with it but I know that in the Starbucks dress code look book it’s not an approved pattern.

Patterns should stay in the color pallet and should not be distracting. Black, grey, tan, brown, white, dark blue
