I wear fabric leggings almost everyday. Just make sure the top covers your butt. I usually wear oversized tshirts or long sleeve shirts that can be rolled/tucked up. I find a bunch in the men’s section at thrift stores (even though gender shouldn’t matter🥴) and search for comfy textures and basic colors in our pallet

I also wear leggings with longer shirts - either long lightweight sweaters or flannels/button downs. It may depend on the tolerance of your SM.
