You order on the right and pick up on the left. Some could argue that’s an unnecessary complication but i thought it could be easier for regulars since they already know how it works, plus, since we’re the only coffee shop open in the shopping center, we’re getting new costumers, i even suggested we lowered the price for espresso for workers of the shopping because believe it people here won’t come if the espresso is 0.72 €ents (normal price is 0.90€)
