Someone ordered a HOT pistachio latte and was confused as to why vanilla sweet cream COLD FOAM will not work the way it does with a COLD drink😒. I flipping hate Starbucks TikTok drink “hacks”. COLD FOAM DOESNT GO ON EVERYTHING 😩

Tbh when I have a customer mobile order a hot drink with cold foam I just do the short line in the steaming pitcher and foam it up like a cappuccino

My manager had an extra one and gave it to me for, and I quote, “excessive coffee knowledge” edit: this was after coffee master got discontinued and I did all the coffee academy courses

Yeah the program was discontinued a while ago. It was paid training over a multiple week period so I guess Starbucks didn’t want that expense anymore.

I'm fairly certain that tiktok drinks are nothing more than pranks being played by folks who just want to see how many others will order their stupid concoctions.
