Someone mobile ordered this the other day in a kids cup. When she came to pick it up I made sure to clarify that it was what she wanted and she just scoffed and went “Oh my god, my husband is an *IDIOT.* it was supposed to be a normal hot chocolate.” lmaoo

Everyday customers are like "mocha? Isn't that COFFEE??" Lol, they're technically right that's what "mocha" usually means, but common sense says hot chocolate doesn't contain coffee 😐
