My SM has a history of fucking up my availability every semester. So I’m currently a full time college student and because of my major classes, a lot of them are during the day and very few are at night. And because I’m full time I tend to take Sunday’s off so I can breathe and get ready for the next week. For what ever reason when I make my availability for Saturdays it says I’m available from 12:30pm to 9:30am instead of 9:30pm. Basically saying I can work Sunday morning until 9:30am. The first time it happened I thought it was my mistake and fixed it. But this issue has been happening every time I change my schedule when I know I put pm. I’ve worked 5 academic semesters (including summers) at Starbucks and my store manager continues to schedule me outside of my availability.

I’ve tried contacting my district manager but he doesn’t do his job and I don’t know how to contact my regional manager. It’s also gotten to the point when in the comments of the availability request that I have to put in all cap that this is my school availability and that I can’t work on Sunday.
