What do you write in the notes section while training a partner? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m opening a brand new drive through this week. I’ve been training two partners for the past few days. My new store manager wants detailed notes written on the training plan. Every time I’ve trained I just never wrote notes. I don’t want to keep writing out of my ass just saying what we went over.

I jot down what went well, what they might need more help with, anything I think we need to do again. Oh, and I wrote down their learning style if they know it so I don't forget!
