Is anyone familiar with the covid hours and how they work? My daughters school had a positive case and there for was told to quarantine for 14 days. My doctor said I would be cleared at 10 being that I had no symptoms. Anyways, because I had to quarantine because of my potential exposure from my kiddo wouldn’t that constitute as covid time? She’s only offering me my sick hours (which I haven’t accumulated enough of)

No, Starbucks doesn’t recognize exposure to someone who was exposed as a legitimate use of the self-isolation requirement. You yourself would have to have direct contact with someone who had tested positive.
However, I do think you should call PRC and see what your options are as a caregiver, assuming your daughter isn’t old enough to take care of herself.
