So last week I got sick, was sent home went to the doctor and they thought I had Covid so I was isolated while waiting for the test. Now I’m better and I’m negative but my manager is only offering sick and vacation time to cover my absence and I’m just wondering if that’s correct?

No. You should be getting Covid pay/sick pay for your usual amount of hours.

Unless you have used your two allotted quarantine times you should get covid quarantine pay. Call partner resources if your manager won’t give it to you
