Not necessarily surprised, but straight up lied to. They boast about how their coffee is ethically sourced and I was always skeptical about that but they really just pulled a 180 on us

That's not all, early last year one of their farms was found to be using child labor. As far as ethical goes, they partnered with Nestle. $1. I seriously considered leaving the company over that one.
