Some people want to make it a career and be a Starbucks manager, they want to get that managerial skill to pursuer a better job or they think it’s a easy position and want that pay raise.

That makes sense. Majority of the people at my store trying really hard to be a shift however seem to only just want to be able to tell people what to do.
