a woman came through the drive thru today and the conversation went as following:

C- Hi, yeah so I always come through and get iced chais but they always seem watered down. What do you recommend i do to fix this?

P- the hot chais are made with water, but the iced ones aren’t. so the ice is likely melting and causing it to be watery, so i would just ask for light ice next time!

C-.....why would i ask for light ice

P- 👁👄👁...so if it melts it won’t be as watered down?

C- i get that, but i want my chai to be less watered down so why would i order light ice
