hey! i just started last month and if you’re on drive thru u can click on the drinks and it shows u how to make it like what it has inside! also, i go on the app to see what drinks i struggle with. ask for more bar time and it will come to u! i been put on bar when it’s slow and i’m gradually being put when it’s more fast paced

when i was still pretty new i downloaded the mobile app and you can study the pumps and shots amount and what all goes into each drink, my trainer also wrote a chart on the bar machine that had all the pumps and shots amount for each size, and like other people have said read the side of the screen when you’re on dto and don’t be afraid to ask people for help

Glad I'm not alone. I started last month. I started while my manager was on his way out and being replaced. He was supposed to train me. So I never got a tour behind the counter for where drinks are made. I only got trained in food. I got thrown into drive thru. That's all I've worked so far. Any time someone asks me to make mocha, make tea, make whipped... I have no clue how to do those things, where they are, or how to even begin... Feeling so stupid here. I'm asking my new manager for more training tomorrow
