I feel like there should be a “no shit Sherlock” tax for people who don’t like their hideous creations. I had a guy come through drive thru today and order a caramel frapp with light ice, when I tried clarifying if he actually wanted that or maybe a macchiato, he insisted that he wanted a frappachino and that it was to be made with soy milk and add two shots and just like 4 or 5 ice cubes. So I made it just like that and of course it didn’t fill the cup and the customer looked disappointed when I handed it to him, but as far as I know didn’t bring it back/complain.

Man I hate that shit. I think what happened is people heard Starbucks uses too much ice in their drinks so they should ask for light ice, and think that applies to a frappe too. When someone says light ice in a frappe I usually just make it normally anyway or its going to come out nasty.

when people ask for light ice with a carmel crunch/mocha cookie/etc. where whip is on the bottom too, it doesn’t work! people don’t realize that and then they get a gross glob of whip on the top that barely has a swirly peak because the liquidy frap can’t hold it up straight!

it looks horrendous lmfao but I personally only use one scoop so the matcha taste isn’t overbearing and use more parts coconut milk than SAR just so the refresher gives it enough sweetness, it reminds me of matcha mochi ice cream
