Some like to ring it up as short (drink) add whip at my store! Totally agree it would be nice to have a button though.

My store types 'pupcup' in the ask me on any drink for the order and the barista would see it and know to get one for them

We should have one because it’s using product and our time (albeit a short amount of time but waters take barely any time too). And right now, the drive-thru window partner isn’t supposed to be touching anything unless they sanitize first. So, it makes more sense to have a sticker print so somebody can get the puppicino for them.

I would say that they don't want to add a button because then it would be like having it on the menu and whip cream isn't that good for dogs so I assume they just dont want to be liable in case someones dog gets sick 😓

This is how the “Pink Drink” buttons got started. So many people would ask for Refresher, no water, sub Coconut that we came up with a “Pink Drink” name and button.

At my store, every 3-4 cars asks for puppicinos.

I say we charge for it tbh. Idk how we don’t already charge for extra wc or wc in general on drinks that don’t already come with it. You know?
