Trouble with Teamworks App? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I have a family trip coming up in June and I’ll be gone for a week. I already cleared it with my manager, but when I put the request in on the Teamworks app it changes my dates after I send it so that it’s just two days. Seeing it happen again made me realize that it did the same thing with my last request in November.

Anyone else having this issue? Should I just say screw it and put it through on the store computer?

i’ve never had this problem. you mean after you send it through it shows you requested 2 days instead of a week? that’s really odd, i’d try store computer and talk to your SM about it to make sure they remember your trip and don’t schedule you.

Are you requesting a calendar week or a schedule week? It used to be all requests had to be in a schedule week, so if you want Sunday to Saturday you'd do one request for Sunday, then one for mon-sat.

Don't know if that's changed but it's my guess...
