This was an interaction at DTO today
C- I'd like an iced matcha with mango dragon fruit refresher and vsscf on top. What plant based milks do you have?
Me- almond, soy and coconut. And you'd like the iced matcha made with mdf base?
C- Ok let me get the vsccf made with coconut milk.
Me- ok we can absolutely do that but just letting you know it won't sit on top like the vsscf. And youd like the iced matcha made with the mdf base, correct?
C- what do you mean it doesn't foam up? And no the fruit but on top
Me- our vsccf is made with whipping cream so when we put it in the blender it becomes whipped and it sits on top. You'd like that with the fruit chunks on top?
C- no I want coconut but thick. And no I want the fruit in it
Me- ma'am, the coconut milk doesn't have enough fat. It will be the same consistency as regular coconut milk. And you'd like the fruit in the matcha?
C- no I want the fruit in the vsscf but NO dairy and I want it to sit on top
Me- ma'am the coconut foam will not sit on top is that ok
C- I want it on top and the foam to be pink
Me- sure thing. Would you also like your matcha made with coconut milk?
C- IT DOESNT COME WITH THAT
Me- ma'am the iced matcha is matcha powder and your choice of milk. I can make it with water if you'd like.
C- no I want it how I ordered it
Me- so you'd like matcha powder with whipped coconut milk that has dragon fruit pieces?
C- NO I TOLD YOU WHAT I WANTED
Me- yes ma'am. Iced matcha with whipped coconut milk with dragon fruit pieces but you need to choose a milk for the matcha.
C- It doesn't come with milk
Me- yes maam it does. As I said we can do any milk or even water
C- nevermind we are leaving since you can't listen
Me- ok then have a great day
I decided to make it and the dragon fruit pieces got stuck under the blender blades. And surprise with no liquid in the matcha it was nasty and clumpy. Then I realized. She said wanted the damn cosmo and wanda thing but needed to be *extra special*

what is the cosmo wanda drink?? I need to be prepared in case someone comes thru drive and orders it. but even not knowing the drink, the customer made her order VERY complicated

There's technically 2- one is a pink drink w vsscf that has a scoop of matcha blended in. The one I'm thinking she wanted was an iced matcha with vsccf with dragon fruit pieces (sometimes it's strawberry puree). It makes it pink but has to be spun up a few times to dislodge the fruit

It’s like two tall frapp layer. Matcha and the a vanilla bean with dragonfruit. Or is a iced matcha latte with vsccf that’s mixed with strawberry purée for the pink.

Easy cosmo and wanda bs these people want? Get a tall strawberry crm and a tall VB with matcha, put those in a venti cup and sprinkle matcha on the whip.... sounds weird... lemme make one
