I was also a rehire after about 3-4 months! You have to redo formal training, but as I recall, all my training modules and even some of my paperwork I think? were still valid. My manager still had me sit at the computer to do the modules though just in case, which I didn’t mind because that was basically free money to sit at a computer and pretend to do work.

You may find you’ll have a weird dynamic with your new coworkers because they’ll think you’re new, but you’re not. Maybe this store does some things differently than your first store. I also had a rough transition because I went from a cafe to a drive thru store and like window things aren’t my thing, but that’s sure where you’re put for your first couple months until the shifts figure out you’re not new.
