If a customer comes through the drive thru with an order that's being sent to them through text message and they don't have all of the drinks and just sit in the drive waiting for the rest of the order to come through, I hate you and please use the mobile app instead of wasting literally everyone's time.

I used to get annoyed, now I'm all "take your time, I get paid by the hour hahahaa" then start refilling fridges and sound counters. There's always too much to do 😭

I wish it was like that here. Our line is constantly like a 10-15 minute wait everyday so when somebody makes it even longer we get yelled at haha
