It's a new "cheap latte" hack, I think. I've made several over my last few shifts.
I seriously doubt that it tastes anything like a proper latte/mocha/white mocha/etc., though.

Our night crew has banned together on this we now if someone does this purposely leave at least an inch or two on top very strict with extra is no more than an inch
