I think the cold bar printer is pretty neat because it prints Frappuccino’s, shaken drinks, cold brews, and iced coffees so it distributes the weight of responsibility a little more and the bar partners don’t have to leave their station. I think separate cafe and mobiles printers would be a good idea too but I think inevitably we’re just so high volume that people are gonna wait regardless and I’ll try to get the people who are waiting for cafe drinks or are here for their mobile out as fast as possible but there’s only so much I can do as one person with one espresso machine.
