It’s the centers job to make the plastic wrap is properly sealed before shipment. So this is 100% the distribution centers fault

You do know that distribution centers has physically humans in there to help with packing right? They have people physically there to check stuff before it goes out. So for this to happen it’s the centers fault

In December we were the busiest my store has EVER been.
But yay the cafe is only open for grab and go.. and our delivery guy has to deliver an insane amount of crap by themselves. It's a good thing our temperature checks are literally only there to cover the companies ass.

I have encountered a lot of opened food recently. Some of the boxes also come completely unstickered and unlabeled, making me have to tear it open.

Also almost every box of egg bites I get come open and dump them all over the floor

It’s terrible. So many damaged boxes and smashed pastries. Some boxes look like they’ve been eaten. Poor quality. size of loaf smaller and smaller. RTDE sandwiches wrappers open and boxes opened.
Also We have received no iced grande cups on lady two deliveries. someone isn’t moving iced grande holiday to regular iced grande. It’s a joke.

I know. Waste at my store is so high and it’s so crappy because it’s literally not our fault. We’re not letting things expire or anything. We’re just having to throw it away before it’s even thawed.

I think the wraps are always the worst I.e. the southwest and bacon wrap at least half the box is always open every time.
