So my location stopped serving oatmeal sometime ago and the other day we had a woman come in with a bag of oatmeal toppings saying that that is what she received instead of her desired pastry.... we told her that we no longer sell oatmeal and it would be impossible for us to have given her that because we don’t even have those items in the storage closet anymore. She wouldn’t stop arguing with us, she told us that she was completely positive that we are the ones that gave her that. It’s days like this that I want to throw my apron on the ground and walk out. Sadly this is only one situation out of so many that truly makes me question humanity...
