Well you have to stick it out for at least six months, and just like the first time around, you’ll either need your new manager’a cooperation or you’ll need a valid reason to transfer, and the state of the store is not a valid reasons since, as you pointed out, there’s no way to guarantee that any other store will be better, and Starbucks won’t transfer you around until you find a store that’s good enough for you.
