Do any of you wear a Starbucks branded visor rather than the hat? The hat makes me so sweaty and the top of my hair is always drenched by the end of my 8 hour shift and I would LOVE to switch it to my visor so I can not get so heated. I asked my TL if I could wear it since it was Starbucks merch and she said she wasn’t sure if it was allowed. She said she would ask her supervisor but that was a few months ago and I am desperate(and I’ve brought it up many times since, and my tl is a literal sweetheart and has a lot on her plate so I don’t want to make her job harder). I feel so disgusting afterwords and i was just wondering if it’s pointless for me to continue asking because maybe it’s not allowed, but if anyone knows if it is in fact okay, I would love to know. I came from a corporate store so the hat has been an adjustment but if it’s the only thing I can wear, hey, I still have a way better position in my new store vs my corporate one so I’ll suck it up :-)

Edit: I do in fact already own a Starbucks branded visor. I’ve had it for months just hoping I would get permission but here I am, still dying in my hat...
