1. Customer at the drive-thru. I greet her, she tries to order with her window rolled up. I kindly ask her to roll the window down so I can hear her better. She does so and curtly orders a tall hot coffee with some add-ins. I tell her the total and go to ring her out (this is 5 am; I'm doing DTO, DTR, and making my own drinks obviously). She had mentioned wanting to pay with her app. Cool, I ask her about it when I see her fumble with the app then toss her phone aside & grab a credit card. I ask, "Did you not want to pay with the app?" Because we have been getting a TON of people who pay first then wanted to scan to earn stars. She snaps, "I was going to but couldn't get it done on *your schedule."* Um wtf does that mean??? Was I *too fast?* Wtf. So I tell her of the aforementioned way to still earn stars while paying with card and she rolls her eyes like "it doesn't matter now." Fine. Be Mad. I ask if she wants her receipt. Our receipt printer is down at drive so I go to fetch her coffee and print her receipt at a cafe register. Maybe a 30-45 second max process, y'know? I get back and open the window and she is nowhere to be seen. The guy who was in line behind her just helplessly motions ahead of himself when I give him a confounded expression and am like "Where did she go??" Yikes. Already paid, probably gonna just be mad all day. WTF.
2. Customer comes into the cafe with no mask. I ask her to leave and come back. She kinda rolls her eyes and begrudgingly goes to fetch a mask. She comes back in, has a personal cup. Cool, more than happy to give a personal cup discount but obviously bc of COVID, I ain't taking it behind the bar. She keeps saying "refill." Bitch I've been here since 4 am, you have NOT been in this store before. I even asked in case she came during my lunch, "Have you been here this morning?" Nope. She only had like $5 on her so she didn't get anything. If she'd been nicer and not tried to argue with me over "refill" vs "personal cup" discounts and had worn a fucking mask the first time she came in, maybe I would've let it slide, but no. Just no.
3. Someone tried to throw a fit over waiting "twenty minutes" in our DT line when there was maybe 4 people max in front of her and we had 44 second window times.
