After 4 years I’m putting in my two weeks. It’s just been frustration after frustration with my SM and she won’t approve transfers so I just decided I couldn’t do it anymore with her. I love my coworkers and our regulars but my SM is THE reason that I’m done. I enjoyed my time there, but realized that this job really doesn’t care for ME and being stressed out is NOT worth it. I can make coffee somewhere else. I can make $10 somewhere else with better management. It feels so freeing to be done in a few weeks and I’ll be able to finish my time with my partners that I love working with and tell my regulars that I’ll be done at that store.
