Lol I don’t see the problem with the first one, you’re just adding hazelnut to a white mocha. The second one sounds nasty tho just because caramel and matcha sounds disgusting

Its because they always ask for an iced mocha and insist on that one then complain because they wanted it as a white mocha frap...🤦♀️
It looked like a cup of weird vomit. However i did try a bit as there was some left over and it wasnt completly awful, dont think i could ever have more than a few sips though
