Transferring stores across states (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m possibly moving to portland in june from phoenix. anybody have tips on how to make the process go smoothly bc it’s giving me some....anxiety. like when should i start calling new stores/tell my current manager about the transfer etc?? any advice is much appreciated<3

IIRC the Partner Guide suggests giving your manager notice three months out. I would say once you know what area you’re moving to it’d be a good idea to start reaching out to stores.
