it’s encouraging “secret menu” drinks , if someone comes to my starbucks ordering a “love bug frapp” it’s like ??? sorry we don’t know how to make that, so it makes it confusing for customers as well.

Fair enough, these secret menu drinks are trash and suck for those of us who work at busy stores though.

I would think it’s fun too! I work at a kiosk and no one orders fun drinks, everything’s just standard. I think it’s bc we don’t have mobile and people are embarrassed to lol.

Nah I don’t think I will. It’s also just very annoying to have to deal with dumbass secret menu drinks with unnecessary modifications. Have you ever worked in a store when the drive through line wraps around the building, the cafe is packed full of people waiting for their drinks, and you’ve still got mobiles coming in? It might seem simple to you but every unexpected mod people make on their drink slows us down and stresses us out.
