They can't legally fire you for things you do outside of work unless it's illegal and you get caught.
However, because America is... America, your SM could use dirty means to fire you or force you to quit. Which means you'll want to log interactions with your SM just to be safe; every phone call, log the start and end, as well as the topics covered, and recap by text to confirm it so you have that logged in writing as well. In person interactions need date, time, full names of all involved, and topics covered. Start saving your schedules, either by screenshot or photograph, so if they cut your hours, you have proof of that as well.
It's a pain in the ass, but it is what it is! But doing cam stuff is legal, and they cannot fire you for it.
