How do you feel about the ceo leaving? Current Walgreens employee trying to figure out if this might be a good thing or a bad thing for the wreck of a company since she’s joining our team now.

Just a heads up: Roz Brewer was the COO, not the CEO. The CEO is Kevin Johnson.

No shade to her abilities or skill set that far outweighs mine, but wasn’t she also brought in to Starbucks right after Philadelphia? I remember at the time being like good for her but what a publicity stunt on Starbucks part. “See we’re not racist, we have a black person on our board.”
