Ok but have you ever had one of those bags rip on you while taking out trash? One of the compost bags ripped through despite being double bagged and covered my jeans in whip one time and now they all get discharged straight down the drain with the hot water tap running to encourage melting

Yeah I said we double bag, but even if I were to triple bag, the rest of the partners in the store aren't likely to cuz it's wasteful in the long run and we run a pretty tight budget

If you put the whips in the sink, the fat from the heavy cream can clog the pipes and eventually back up your drainage system. You should always put them into the trash.
That said, I'd whack someone for not fifo-ing because that is a metric shitton of wasted whip. Good grief.

Had to do that this afternoon. Someone made like 7 whips at 11 am yesterday and we're a cafe only store that definitely doesnt go through whips that fast. On a good day we'll have 6 or 7 in the fridge but staggered and fifod

Such a waste 8 whips = one gallon of heavy whipping cream. The whole team should be doing fifo not just whip maker. Sad 😞 standard is to only have 5 full at end of day. That way 24 hours is rotated properly
