I encourage you all to check this out. It’s basically making partners aware that we have the opportunity to make our voices heard by voting on Fidelity since we’re all stock holders of the company! Please help spread this information

Are newer partners able to vote or are we unable since we aren't shareholders yet?

Starbucks partners collectively own less than 1% of all outstanding shares of SBUX stock. We could all vote against this and it wouldn't do a thing.

We aren't actually partners in this company in that way - the bean stock program is just a ploy to lend a thin veneer of legitimacy to their propaganda. It is not meant to give us a voice or empower us, it is meant to placate us and channel our organizing into ineffective channels that they can ignore.

If you think we should be empowered and should have a say in how much the CEO makes relative to those of us paid the least, then unionize your coworkers. You can start the process by talking to your coworkers and getting in touch with the folks at the Workers United regional joint board closest to you.

Hey guys just wanted to share that I work at a safeway Starbucks and today some lovely gentlemen came in and rubbed his “junk” all over the produce section and continued to try to shove a yam up his own butt, thank you and have a wonderful day

> If you’re on desktop, make sure you login to fidelity.com and not the NetBenefits login one. Hover over the “Accounts&Trade” tab, and click on Statements all the way towards the bottom. You’ll then see two horizontal in-page menu bars, go over to the right side of that and click on Proxy Materials. You should then see a “vote” hyperlink somewhere on the page
