according to the app, a tall nitro has 215 mg of caffeine so that’s just about 18mg per ounce. two shots have 150 mg.
i don’t know off the top of my head how many ounces a sample cup is, but to drink enough nitro to equal two shots, i believe you will need to drink an entire short cup, if i can do basic math correctly
