Yeah, you and other members of your store need to be reporting these concerns directly to your DM. If that doesn't work then I suggest contacting the PCC about the issues. That is absolutely not okay and we recently had a store manager that was behaving this way. If someone up high enough gets wind of it, they will remove your SM as soon as possible.

It’s hard because I genuinely think she may be a good person deep down inside cause she does try some days, but the bad days are really out weighing the good.

Just because she "is a good person" does not make her a good manager. Our last manager acted the same way--it ended with her screaming at two other SSVs and threatening to kill her own children.

Your SM is clearly not qualified for the job. Starbucks encourages for every partner to ensure that standards are met. Do not let her hold her title over you or other partners. She is just as disposable.

I would definitely go over her head & report her to your DM. She’s creating an unsafe & toxic environment for you, all the other partners, and even the customers... no one should have to work in that kind of environment. And if your SM won’t let you transfer, you should also be able to ask your DM to help you out with that. If going to the DM doesn’t work, you should be able to contact PRCC (partner resource contact center, I think that’s the right acronym lol) and let them know that your SM isn’t taking COVID measures seriously, is forcing sick partners to work, and is creating a toxic environment. I am sorry that you are going through this, and I hope that you can get out ❤️ sending love your way
