Talk to your shifts, watch how they run the floor. Don’t be afraid to ask questions as to why they do something one way and not another. It may be procedure and you might learn something new. Ask your manager if you can come in early or stay late some days and work on module training on the computer that guides you on how to train for the shift roles etc.
