Hi!
Before I embarrass myself in front of my manager, I just wanted to ask y’all if I’m allowed to request two weeks off (on the app) for my finals in april. I’m not sure about the rules regarding time off requests for longer periods of time so I’m hoping someone can help me out 😅.

Starbucks allows you up to three weeks off before requiring you to take a LOA. I agree that you should talk to your manager about it sooner rather than later.

I would chat with whichever manager does the scheduling in your store and maybe suggest a reduced schedule that would be the bare minimum you’d be willing to work those weeks if they say it’s too much time.

I requested two weeks off for my best friend’s birthday wedding out of state. It got approved with no problems.
