If you go to the $1 page, there’s an option for “In Our Stores” and one of the topics is “The service I received at a store.” Send that in, it’ll get sent to Customer Service and they’ll forward it on to the Store Manager.

You can ask for the shift supervisor and tell him/her and they’ll likely make a note of it in our daily records book!
