I was referring to the customers some are very extremely entitled. It doesn’t matter how nice and patient you are. Sometimes I get drained mentally or the flow in the orders mobile delivery and cafe , but I guess that’s expected. My first month I wanted to quit but I didn’t, I pushed through, and some of ppl that I know felt the same way it can be overwhelming at first but don’t give up after that you’ll b ready !!
Expect to meet awesome ppl specially your coworkers.
Well I love that I know more about coffee and appreciate it more for myself and some customers that want recommendations. Hehehe well I am sorry I just writing everything that comes up to my mind. Good luck.

I’ve been at Starbucks about 3 weeks and it’s A LOT to take in and remember. I definitely feel like it’s a job you have to want because of how busy it is and how much work is involved behind the scenes. Like I said it’s a lot to remember and hopefully the partners at your store are as patient as mine. You will get overwhelmed at some point and it’s okay just take a deep breath and ask the least busy looking person for help.

Congrats!! I’d say to just know that it’s completely normal to feel a bit overwhelmed in the beginning, but no matter how rough it gets you’ll be able to adjust and eventually get comfortable. You’ll probably hear this a ton, but it definitely helped me to be reminded that at the end of the day, it’s just coffee. Good luck!!

Congrats! All I can say is that it’s okay to not know things. Especially when you’re first starting. I’m 2 years in and I’m still learning everyday. Also, This job can be very overwhelming. Be sure to take a nice deep breath when you’re feeling stressed. It will help you contain yourself until you have a real moment to decompress. Also!! Don’t let Karen’s get the best of you. Best of luck to you!! ❤️🥰

It takes time before you feel comfortable. I’ve been a barista since last October and I’ve only now just started to get more comfortable on bar. There are still some drinks I need help with recipe wise. Don’t be hard on yourself and remember everyone learns at a different pace.
