I’m probably going to quit soon and I want to take stock of what I’d be losing:
So far I’ve got hourly pay, health insurance, free coffee, socializing with customers, customer’s “support” dogs and partners, and possibly being offered the covid vaccine earlier.
Did I miss anything?

Spotify premium, 401k, future roast, (if you’ve earned them) flexible scheduling.

Flexible scheduling is a double edged sword that won’t be missed, but free Spotify is a loss for sure.

Lyra and headspace? Although you probably wont need them if your new job is even an ounce less greedy.

I’ve only used Lyra because of stress from working at Starbucks 😑
