Starbucks policy says you’re elligible to transfer every six months. Since you transferred in September, you’ll have to wait until at least March before you’re elligible to transfer again.

You also have to keep in mind that everyone is experiencing reduced hours right now. January and February are generally Starbucks least profitable months, and it’s not uncommon for stores to lose up to a hundred hours of labor transitioning from Holidays into Winter. And with the pandemic, low morale isn’t exactly unique either.

This isn’t just low morale- this is “well we’ve had six managers in two years so i’m not adapting to new standards because I don’t care and don’t you DARE coach me about it”.

Honestly I wouldn't promote. I was promoted, hated it, promoted again because I was at a new store and thought it would be different but it's the same crap everywhere. At the most recent store I wouldn't even be a barista trainer cause I didn't think it was worth it anymore especially with how slack they got with the training. Unless you want to make sbux your career, the stress isn't worth the money IMO. If you need to do it for the extra money then just make sure you do what you're supposed to and don't let the stress get to you.
