The no foam people are insane. I had a customer just lose it over the tiny amount of foam I couldn’t get off the top. She made me open the lid and watched me as I painstakingly scraped it off.
I hated that part of the job.

I don't mind it for lattes... I mean it's inconvenient but whatever but with a flat white you're actually changing what the drink is...i mean why are you getting a flat white anyway if you want a no foam latte?

You're getting an extra shot and they're all pulled ristretto-style (and whole milk by default)
I do agree no-foam drinks are super annoying though. The drinks also cool down more quickly

We have a regular that gets three hot chais with no foam and she cussed out whoever was at the window one day because we always still put the foam on her drinks.

She gets four trenta black iced teas with three splendas double cupped and three non fat no foam chais, one extra hot. Perhaps it is the same lady?
