Has anyone here gone out for the "Coffee Break" offered after 10 years? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I'm curious how it works and how it feels to come back after a year off?
For anyone that doesn't know, after 10 years you can take off for a year and come back without losing any benefits and you can get back into the Stock distribution without waiting again? is that right?

I took my coffee break last year. Unfortunately I couldn’t do the traveling I had planned because covid happened but it was still a nice break! Not much changed at all after a year. The only thing I had to get used to was all the damn different cold foam drinks lol. But 10+ years with the company I think most of this stuff will be engraved in my life forever lol
