49% of my store’s business comes from mobile orders alone, and currently we’re 35 minutes behind (which is absolutely awful, i know) on cafe orders because of mobile orders. it doesn’t help we have had 3 call offs.
everyone on morning shift is staying over 1-2 hours (and i mean EVERYONE) past their shift so night shift doesn’t crash and burn. my SM isn’t answering texts where we are asking to have mobiles turned off. it’s literally insane right now and everyone is stressed and annoyed. customers are aware there’s an extremely long wait and still harass us about their order, and like, i understand it’s frustrating but there’s three of us and we are working as fast as we can.
