That's so shitty, I'm sorry you're going through that. Unfortunately I think you're probably right that talking to the SM would make your life harder in the long run. Talking to a shift might be different though, especially if you're not mentioning particular people but just asking about how to navigate the store culture as a new person, and maybe also asking for some help with things you weren't well trained on.
I've been the newbie in lots of jobs, and worked with newbies in lots of jobs, and there almost always seems to be a period of time where everyone's annoyed at the new person. It's really not about you personally most likely, and it won't last forever (still sucks though I know). If you can power through the next couple of months while you learn the ropes, you'll have the opportunity to make things better for the next person who is new and still learning.
It might be worth standing up directly to the people who are giving you a hard time, but I know that can be hard. If confrontation is too intimidating, sometimes poking fun at yourself can take the air out of the sails of this sort of thing? Like if they're literally talking about you on the comm while you can hear I'd be like "oh yeah she's so annoying" just to be like hi yes hello I can Hear You.
Anyway I really really hope things get better for you quickly.
