Protein boxes cost about $2 each. Paninis are about $1.50-$2 each. Sandwiches/wraps are about $0.80-$1.50 each and pastries are around $0.50 each

Yeah we easily mark everything up a bunch to make profit. Like the salad has to be at most like $2 to make, but we sell it for like $7-$8

When you submit orders, the finalized copy tells you how much the food and beverage components cost the store to purchase

I'm at a licensed store in Canada and paninis are like $4 from Starbucks. Each slice of lemon loaf is like $0.89. We're a tourist location but my store marks paninis up to $9.50. Loaves are $3.75 💀.
