Hello,
I am transferring back to the store I was at pre-COVID, starting Feb. 15th. I am on health insurance.

Is it required for managers to give me at least 20 hrs./week?

I was given 9hrs/ 12 hrs for this and next week at my current store. The 15th. (transfer store) I was given 11 hrs.

No. You’re required to have 520 benefit hours by the next insurance audit, which averages out to 20 hours per week, but your manager is not required to give you 20 hours per week.

Are they going to change it this year like they did last year? Last year because of pandemic they only required 450.

If you’re in an at will state your manager isn’t required to schedule you a minimum amount of hours to maintain benefits.
