Hey so honestly I’m really mad right now. I got my enrollment package last month and went online and selected all of the healthcare plans I wanted to enroll in and I’m 99% sure it said that if I didn’t change anything before February 1st I would be on that plan. Well, I just checked and it didn’t enroll me and I don’t know what I did wrong but is there any way I can get enrolled in health insurance now? It’s basically the only reason I started working at SBux because I really need insurance and I’m really stressing out about it rn.

Could it be that it hasn’t kicked in yet? Give Benefits a call to ask questions.

Nah, it was supposed to be effective February 1st. I plan on giving the benefits center a call tomorrow and explaining everything and hopefully they can fix it for me because truthfully health insurance was one of the main reasons I wanted to work at starbucks anyways.

I called the benefits center today and they got me enrolled. Thank god 🙌🏻
